RELATIONSHIP MANAGER CORPORATE – Lesotho PostBank

Job Purpose: This role is all about building strong relationships with corporate clients, helping to bring in new customers and keeping current ones happy. You’ll help sell various products, like cash management, assets, and liabilities, while delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Duties:

• Manage long-term assets and liabilities, aiming for high profitability.
• Identify new corporate clients in key sectors.
• Help with market research and uncover new opportunities in corporate and public sectors.
• Create strategies that incorporate pricing and treasury insights.
• Be a great ambassador for the bank and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle regulatory KYC compliance for Wholesale Banking clients.
• Work closely with the team to measure and manage performance.
• Help make sure we’re following all anti-money laundering and other compliance requirements.
• Keep the internal processes running smoothly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5-7 years of experience in corporate/commercial banking.
• Strong experience and networking in financial services, preferably corporate banking.
• Experience with structured trade finance is a bonus.
• Good communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
