Baylor College of Medicine Children’s Foundation – Lesotho (BCMCFL) is looking for a Nurse Assistant to join their team in Maputsoe Filter Clinic under the ALPEC Project.
About BCMCFL:
BCMCFL is a non-profit group helping children and families with HIV, TB, and other health conditions. They offer free treatment and support to improve community health.

Join Now- Help TB patients get proper care.
- Teach TB patients and families about why finishing treatment is important.
- Visit homes and work in the community to support TB patients.
- Track down TB patients who missed their treatment.
- Help with contact tracing for children exposed to TB.
- Support MDR-TB (drug-resistant TB) patients.
- Encourage community members to get screened for TB.
- Make sure HIV self-testing kits are available and report stock levels.
- Do any other tasks needed by the organization.
What You Need:
- Nursing Assistant Certificate.
- Registered with the Lesotho Nursing Council.
- Know about TB/HIV screening, tracing, and treatment.
- At least 1 year of experience in TB and HIV/AIDS care.
- Experience working with kids and young people is a plus.
- Flexible with working hours.
This job is full-time and needs some travel (30%) within the district.
