Paballong HIV/AIDS Care Centre is looking for a Senior Nurse Head – Clinic to join their team in Ha Senekane, Berea Plateau.

Job Overview:

As the Senior Nurse Head – Clinic, you will lead the clinic team and ensure quality healthcare services are provided. Your role includes managing budgets, training staff, maintaining standards, and working with stakeholders like health organizations and government agencies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinic operations and ensure they meet healthcare standards.
• Assess the clinic regularly to improve patient care.
• Lead, train, and evaluate the clinic staff.
• Manage clinic finances, including budgeting and expense control.
• Inform the Board of Trustees about clinic activities and health trends.
• Ensure the clinic follows healthcare regulations.
• Represent the clinic in meetings with health groups and government agencies.
• Keep patient records updated.
• Provide daily health and nutrition advice to patients.

What You Need:

• Degree in Nursing with 3 years of experience, or Diploma in Nursing with 5 years of experience.
• Must be registered with the Nursing Council of Lesotho.
• Experience in HIV & AIDS healthcare is a plus.
• Strong clinic management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge in sexual and reproductive health (SRH).
• Excellent planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Computer skills and a valid driver’s license.
