Job Purpose
We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager to implement winning Brand & Marketing (B&M) strategies for the Personal & Private Banking Segment in Lesotho. This role focuses on enhancing brand equity, driving awareness, and promoting Standard Lesotho Bank’s products and services through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to acquire and retain clients.
- Oversee the production of marketing and advertising materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage content creation for digital platforms, including social media and the Bank’s website.
- Monitor and analyze the brand’s performance across media platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and align marketing efforts with best practices.
- Develop omnichannel communication strategies to optimize the client experience.
- Manage budgeting and expenditure for marketing-related activities.
- Lead the development of promotional items to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee campaign management, media planning, and creative briefings.
- Ensure brand competitiveness by leveraging marketing insights and global best practices.

- First Degree in BCom Marketing or BA Marketing Communication.
- Postgraduate Diploma in Advertising Management or Strategic Marketing.
- Honours Degree in Marketing, PR, or a related field (preferred).
Experience Required:
- 3-4 years of experience in event management, digital marketing, and media planning.
- Expertise in campaign management, advertising, and brand positioning.
- Strong understanding of customer markets, media channels, and branding strategies.
- Ability to translate marketing strategies into effective communication and advertising.
